Patrick Lehman is a soul singer, producer and songwriter from Montreal. He released his last album “Butchy’s Son” in August 2016 across Canada with Pheromone/Universal. The album received critical acclaim and was nominated for a Juno award in 2016 for ‘Best Soul/R&B Recording of the Year’ category alongside the Weeknd and Alesia Cara. Traveling to Calgary to attend the awards, he was also a featured performer in Junofest 2016.

The first single “Games” from the album has been on the top 100 radio charts in Quebec for the past several months, and he has received rave reviews from Exclaim magazine, CBC Music, Stingray Music and CTV. The song reached the top 100 hot AC chart (BDS/Nielsen) across Quebec from May 2015-October 2015. It reached the top 40 songs played across the province on Hot AC radio. The follow up single “My Life Story” also saw a long life on FM radio in Quebec.

Trained in classical voice at Vanier college in Montreal and integrative jazz studies at Concordia University, he was asked, while still at school, to perform at the Montreal International Jazz Festival's 2006 Big Event, a Paul Simon Tribute, featuring Daniel Lanois, Sam Roberts, Bedouin Soundclash, Jim Cuddy, Colin James, Elvis Costello, Holly Cole, and others. The show, attended by 150,000 people in the streets of Montreal, was subsequently broadcast on Bravo, ArTV andCBC television. Signed to Bloc-Notes Publishing in 2009, Patrick has written and produced demos for artists abroad in Japan and Europe.

The‘Electric Soul Kitchen Vol.1’ EP was release on Justin Time Records across Canada in March 2011. The first single "Prove Myself to You" saw major airplay on CBC2 and national college radio. The follow-up track ‘I Can See It In Your Eyes’ charted at #25 on the HOT-AC TOP 40 chart on Ontario’s CKPC-FM. Within just two weeks of its release, it had entered the top ten Earshot urban/soul chart and several top ten college radio charts including CKXU-FM and CJAM-FM. The album received positive reviews from print and online press including the Montreal Mirror, The Hour, 24H, and La Semaine to name a few.

Lehman’s 3rd full-length album, “The Electric Soul Kitchen Vol. 2” followed a year later. Singles from the album have been featured on Stingray Music's Soul/R&B channel and on Quebec's leading rock station CHOM 97.7FM. The single “Come Together” was in the national top 40 rock radio chart in 2013 (HotAC/BDS/Nielsen).

Patrick has appeared live on various television programs, including the 32nd annual CTV Telethon of the Stars, Global’s This Morning Live, and CP24 in Toronto. He placed in the top 5 of the 2009 Canadian Radiostar songwriting competition (Virgin radio Montreal) and won the International FestiBlues 2010-2011 'Rising Star' award and has produced music for fashion designer Elizabeth Kosich for her New York City fashion week 2012 runway show.

Patrick toured Europe for the first time in 2013. His first tour was in Stuttgart, Germany, Amstersdam, Netherlands and London, England. He returned in the summer of 2014 to the Netherlands to perform once again. These tours included performances in the Zwarte Cross Festival, Songbird Festival and the Bix Jazz Club, as well as live radio interviews and performances on Radio 1 and Radio 6 national radio in Netherlands.

He was featured in International Musician magazine, Urban Expressions and Jazzism magazine in the Netherlands. European glossy magazine 'Linda' called him a "Top 5 to download" artist alongside Raul Midon and David Bowie, and CBC Music has named him“Canada’s best kept soul secret”.

In May 2016 Patrick was asked to perform his smash single “Games” live on Canada AM during Canadian Music Week in Toronto.

Patrick Lehman won the first prize in the 2015 Unsigned Only song writing competition (Adult Contemporary category) out of 7,000 submissions. He was chosen from a panel of judges which included The Killers, Kelly Price, Sinead O’Connor and Aimee Mann.

It was recently announced that Patrick has joined the roster at Yamaha Canada as a Yamaha Artist. Patrick performed at an exclusive event in Toronto in April 2016 to announce the news and perform songs from his Juno nominated album.

Patrick is currently working on new music. His latest singles "Heartbreaker" and  "Your Man" are available now.
